Dr. Li-Wei Liu is an Assistant Professor with National Taiwan University. He has expertise in

  1. Theoretical, computational, and experimental plasticity;

  2. Theoretical and computational study of constrained systems;

  3. Applications of hypercomplex (Clifford) analysis in anisotropic-coupled mechanics.

Now he focuses on 

  1. Experimental, theoretical, and computational study in multiscale plasticity

  2. Coupled mechanics of anisotropic and isotropic materials

  3. Soft biological tissue and bio-inspired structural materials
